Due to recent changes in the immigration policies of Canada and the United States, Working Link has been in the need to reduce the areas to place (legally and safely) Mexican workers abroad to those sectors with the highest demand for workers, so from now on the services we offer to job seekers are mainly oriented to the following activities:

General profile requested

Personal profile

  • 25 years or more
  • Marital status, whether married or single
  • School level
  • English (ESL) is not necessary, but it is favorable
  • Good physical condition and used to hard work
  • Willingness and need for work
  • Preferably residents in agricultural areas

Migration profile

  • Preferably WITHOUT any negative migratory background with the US and/or Canada
  • If you have positive migratory background with the US and/or Canada, please have your work visas
  • If you have negative migratory background with the US and/or Canada, you should not have more than ONE deportation and/or repatriation, which should not have happened within, at least, the last 10 years

Work experience

  • Agriculture in greenhouse or open field
  • Landscaping
  • Packed product
  • Food processing
  • Catch chickens
  • Construction
  • Driving agricultural machinery and heavy equipment
  • Mechanical engineering and automotive service
  • Welding and installation of metal structures
  • Electro-mechanical and industrial maintenance

NOT eligible profiles

  • NOT eligible candidates that have more than one deportation, regardless of the year in which it happened
  • NOT eligible candidates that have their last deportation after 2010
  • NOT eligible candidates that have previously received a visa refusal and/or have requested asylum or refuge
  • According to the rules established by the Canadian Government, workers of the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program (SAWP) from the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (active or inactive) are NOT considered as eligible for this program

  • If children copy of their birth certificates

Additionally, a written paper with: full name, date of birth, current address and occupation of father, mother and brothers. Must be brougth.

Remember that will not be assessed if you do not have a valid passport and copies of all documents requested.
